All of our one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments feature modern luxuries, including quartz counter tops, tile and hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, central air, full size washer & dryer and private balconies and patios with river views. Our waterfront apartment community also features an amazing clubhouse, recreation room, swimming pool, shuffleboard court, golf simulator, fitness room, and lounge space.

Please note that we have a low monthly utility fee of $100.00 that covers your cable, internet, trash, water, and sewer. Residents are responsible for gas and electric.
